How to submit an error resolution request

  1. You may submit a written request asserting a specified error related to the servicing of your mortgage loan. The request must include the following information:
    • Name
    • Information that enables GNM to identify your mortgage loan, such as an account number and property address
    • A statement that describes the error you believe has occurred
